April 12, 2021: We've just released FitForce v1.0! This version of FitForce is faster, sleeker and comes with more of the features and functionality that you've been asking for! Before we get into some of the changes, be sure to bookmark the new landing page at http://usmcfitforce.com.
As you already know, at the end of your workout, you will see a summary where you can enter your session Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE) on a scale from 1 to 10. Be sure to complete this step so that now when you navigate to the Stats tab you can view your progression or regression over time. The chart displays what your actual RPE is vs. the target RPE for the plan.
Also under Stats, you can see how your 1RMs progressed over time for each exercise that has a 1RM. Select the 1RM button and then select the exercise you want to see your progress on.
For those of you who use FitForce Planner, you'll notice some performance improvements as well. Navigate to the Explore tab to view performance analytics for individual Marines, plans that you've created and groups that you own.
Here you can view the progress of an individual Marine that is in 1 or more of your groups.
Click on Plans to view actual vs. target training loads for your published plans. Be sure to include this information when creating your programs.
Select Groups to get a summary of how your entire group is performing.
Let us know what you think! Your feedback will help us continue to support Marines and PT planning. For more information, check out our Youtube videos or the user guides.
