October 2, 2020: We've just released FitForce v0.9, and with it a slew of performance improvements and new features. We made quite a few changes to the FitForce Mobile interface to make accessing workouts, groups, and stats much easier.
We updated the Workouts tab with more information for each playcard (plan, periodization phase, expected duration, expected training load), and added a calendar picker to see past or future workouts:
We also made it easier to see the groups you've joined and to search for new groups in the Programs tab:
When you select a workout, a more intuitive preview screen will give you a sense of what to expect. We've also added a Pre-workout Survey (optional) that provides information about your state as you head into the workout:
If a workout has a circuit, you'll see the number of rounds on a button - just tap this to add a round after you've completed it. When you've reached the goal, the button turns green:
FitForce will tailor the percent one rep max (1RM; 60% in the images below) to your 1RM, showing you the exact weight you should be using. If you haven't specified that yet, you can tap the blue icon, and enter either your known 1RM, or have it calculated for you:
At the end of your workout, you will see a summary where you can enter your session Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE) on a scale from 1 to 10. Once you've completed the workout, you'll see it tagged with a green highlight on the Workouts tab:
For those of you who use FitForce Planner, you'll notice some performance improvements as well.
