Yes, there are three ways you can save your workouts to a viewable (and print-able) file on your computer: the day view, the week view, and the calendar view. When a specific date is selected, at the bottom of the screen, click the menu button to access the Download Workout option; this gives you an Excel sheet of the specific exercise details (sets, reps, etc.) for a given workout on a specific date. Alternatively, at the top of the screen, from the main menu, click either the Print Week or Print Month option to download a PDF file showing the schedule of exercises per workout on each day of a given week or a PDF file showing the daily workout focus for your whole plan in a calendar layout.
