Yes, you can save a planned-out tier in your library so that you can re-use it again somewhere else and/or share it with another FFI (to add it to their library). You can save a tier to your library in two ways. In the workout editing view, use the Add to Library button; or, in the Review view, click the bookmark icon next to the tier you'd like to save. For best results, here, be mindful of how you name the tier; if you give it a good name, you will be more easily able to remember what it entails. You can access your library from the Planner view, it is a second tab called Library in the same spot where the circular Phase Spread graphic is. Next to each item you've saved in the library, the menu will give you the following options: Preview, Share, and Remove. To add a saved tier to a workout, you must use a custom workout, then click Add tier and select a specific tier from your library.
