We recently released FitForce v0.6, where we made significant updates to the Planner and Mobile web applications. In addition to better performance, we added some key features:
FitForce Mobile (https://fitforce.aptima.com/mobile)
- The interface and workflow has been improved to better guide users through workouts
- Users can now specify their one-rep max (1RM), or have it calculated for them during workouts
- Users can specify the Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE), or how hard the workout was, in the summary screen
- Workout execution statistics are being synced with the cloud server, which will enable more detailed analytics in the coming months
FitForce Planner (https://fitforce.aptima.com)
- PT planners can now save favorite Tiers and Playcards as templates and use them in other plans
- Planners can specify the expected duration of a playcard
- Group management has been streamlined for better performance
We'll be making continuous improvements in the coming months. Please continue to provide feedback about how the apps are working for you - this is critical to ensure that we're building what Marines need!
